Walking . Aviemore hosts a Walking Festival in May  and we are surrounded by forest trails.  For more serious walkers there's a superb selection of Munros, Corbetts and Donalds.

Cycling  - Bikes can be hired and there are good cycle paths both off road and through the woods.

Sailing, canoeing and windsurfing are available at the Loch Inch & Loch Morlich centres.

There is a wealth of Golf courses, from recreational to championship.

The River Spey offers some of Scotland's finest salmon and trout fishing and close at hand you can try Clay Pigeon shooting, and archery.
